How to Use
Select a base template (Modern, Professional, Minimal) using the buttons under the Design tab. Each template offers a different look and feel.
Still under the Design tab, upload your company logo and choose an accent color (used by the Modern template). If using the Professional template, you can customize the gradient color, intensity, and width. Toggle logo visibility under the Settings tab.
Go to the Invoice Details tab. Fill in your business information (Name, Contact, Address - use Save/Load Business for quick entry). Enter the Invoice Number, Dates, select the Currency, and add any optional Notes.
Switch to the Client Info tab. Enter your client's details (Name, Contact, Address, Tax ID). Use the Save/Load Client buttons to quickly reuse client information.
In the Line Items tab, add products or services using the "Add Item" button. Enter Description, Quantity, and Unit Price. Apply discounts either as a Percentage (%) or a Fixed amount (select currency symbol). Below the items, set rates for VAT, GST, a Custom Tax (you can name it), and an overall Discount percentage. Totals are calculated automatically.
Go to the Settings tab. Define Payment Terms, select accepted Payment Methods, and add Payment Instructions. Choose the Paper Size and Orientation for PDF output, set the Date Format, and toggle the visibility of the Signature field, Logo, Business Information, Client Information, and Invoice Border.
The live preview updates as you work. Click "Update Preview" if needed. When ready, use the buttons at the bottom left: Download as **PDF**, **Image (PNG/JPG)** using the dropdown, or **Save Template** to store your current design and settings (excluding specific invoice/client/item details) for later use via "Load Template". Use "Reset" to clear the form.
